Party Traitors: New Coalition for Harris Forms

1 min read

Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign has rolled out an initiative called “Republicans for Harris” with endorsements from GOP officials.

Announced on Sunday, the campaign’s roster of endorsements includes some surprising figures.

Notably, Stephanie Grisham, the former White House press secretary during the Trump era, and Olivia Troye, who served as a national security adviser to then-Vice President Mike Pence, have thrown their support behind Harris.

Also among the notable names are Chuck Hagel and Ray LaHood, who served as secretaries under the Obama administration, as well as former governors and lawmakers from the Republican Party.

Hagel is a former Republican senator from Nebraska who served as Secretary of Defense, and LaHood is an Illinois Republican congressman and former Secretary of Transportation.

Former Republican representatives such as Christopher Shays (R-CT), Joe Walsh (R-IL), and Susan Molinari (R-NY) have also backed Harris.

Additionally, Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL), who previously endorsed President Biden, has now shifted his support to Harris after Biden stepped down from the race following a rough debate performance and insurmountable pressure from within his party.

In a statement, Stephanie Grisham urged other Trump administration officials who were critical of their former boss to support Harris, saying, “I encourage other Trump administration officials who saw the tyrant we worked for in office to speak out and stand with Kamala Harris this November to keep integrity in the White House and ensure democracy for our country.”

Austin Weatherford, Harris’s national director for Republican outreach, criticized Trump’s influence on the GOP, stating, “Donald Trump’s MAGA extremism is toxic to the millions of Republicans who no longer believe the party of Donald Trump represents their values and will vote against him again in November.”

The “Republicans for Harris” initiative has kickoff events planned in key battleground states like Arizona, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

The group describes itself as a “campaign within a campaign.”

  1. These are not people who would ever have been good conservative Republicans. I’m sure we have a Democrats for Trump group, too, no? If not, why not?

Maybe “Democrats who want a candidate who isn’t stupid?” That would be a good club to have on our side.

  2. I can’t believe that there is not one single democratic politician that has enough courage to call out Harris for what she really is….a clone of Biden. I can believe that there is not one single democrat politician that doesn’t see what is happening to our country under the leadership of Biden/Obama. Where is the character and patriotism in the democratic party? Sadly totally missing and corrupt.

  3. These so called supporters, are frauds. They have run for office as Republicans. They are no such thing. They have run as they did because they had no chance of winning had they run under their true colors. To call the decision bipartisan is false and misleading.

  4. Crybaby Kinzinger and these traitors should be banished from the Republican Party. They are not republicans. Most are Soros controlled demons posing as republicans.
