Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon suspended the lead prosecutor of a 26-year-old transgender child m*lester. The suspended prosecutor also insists the trans inmate only started identifying as such in order to game the justice system.

The convicted child m*lester, now Hannah Tubbs, has a long criminal history in both California and Ohio under the name James Tubbs.

Tubbs began identifying as a woman only after pleading guilty in the cold case of a 10-year-old girl attacked and molested in a Denny’s bathroom stall.

Shea Sanna, the prosecutor, called out Tubbs’ identity change as a ruse. Gascon’s office, meanwhile, placed the adult Tubbs in a juvenile facility because the crime originally occurred before Tubbs turned 18.

Sanna released a public statement on Twitter about his suspension on Friday afternoon.

He told Fox News Digital, “Part of it, the reason why I suspended, is because I called out Tubbs to the administration and said I have recordings of him making up the name, gaming the system, joking about it and the date that it was made up. And I had reports where he’s referring to himself as a ‘grown ass man.’”

“It wasn’t like I was going around being transphobic or malicious — I brought it to their attention that they have a convicted child rapist trying to get himself into a juvenile facility as a woman, and he rapes little girls,” he added. “Does anybody see a problem with that?”

Fox News Digital obtained those jailhouse records last year. The publication heard Tubbs admit it was wrong to molest the little girl but also delight in the DA’s decision to let Tubbs be sentenced as a juvenile.

Tubbs reportedly laughed about not having to go back to prison or register as a sex offender due to Gascon’s lenient policies for juvenile offenders.

According to Fox News Digital, he also made explicit comments about the victim that “are unfit to print”.
