In what can only be described as a dramatic rebuke of her own political home, former White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has officially ditched the Democratic Party.
The liberal media darling—once lauded for checking diversity boxes as the first Black and openly LGBTQ person to hold the role—now says she’s “following her own compass” and registering as an independent.
But conservatives aren’t shedding any tears. On CNN’s The Arena, GOP strategist and commentator Scott Jennings tore into Jean-Pierre’s legacy, saying flatly:
“I’d like to congratulate Democrats for ridding yourselves of this untalented mediocrity. I mean, this is the most self-aggrandizing liar that has ever held this job.”
Jennings didn’t stop there. He scorched her time behind the White House podium as a betrayal of the American public:
“The White House press secretary’s a sacred position, and she stood up there for years and lied through her teeth to the American people.”
From Party Loyalist to Party Critic
Jean-Pierre, who once served as chief of staff to Kamala Harris and worked for Barack Obama’s presidential campaigns, is now pointing fingers at the same establishment that elevated her.
In a February interview, she lashed out at Democrats for throwing President Biden under the bus:
“I’d never seen a party do that in the way that they did, and it was hurtful and sad to see that happening, a firing squad around a person who I believe was a true patriot.”
Ironically, Jean-Pierre’s criticism of Democratic backstabbing is the same complaint conservatives have been voicing for years: the Left eats its own when power is at stake.
Her own words now echo the same warnings Republicans made when the Democratic machine turned on its own president for political survival.
New Book Slams Biden White House
Jean-Pierre’s exit from the Democratic Party isn’t just personal—it’s a scorched-earth move aimed at the heart of the Biden administration.
Her upcoming book, Independent: A Look Inside a Broken White House, Outside the Party Lines, promises a behind-the-scenes exposé of what she now calls a “broken two-party system.”
According to the publisher’s release, the book details “the three weeks that led to Biden’s abandoning his bid for a second term and the betrayal by the Democratic Party that led to his decision.”
It’s a telling sign of the internal civil war ripping through the Democratic ranks after their catastrophic losses in 2024, which saw the GOP retake both chambers of Congress and prepare to re-enter the White House.
As expected, Democratic leadership isn’t eager to talk about Jean-Pierre’s public defection.
A spokesperson for the DNC declined to comment, and the Biden team remains silent.
The liberal media, too, appears hesitant to dig too deep—perhaps because Jean-Pierre’s departure says more about the health of the Democratic Party than they’re willing to admit.
Democratic Party does what it do best LIE,LIE,LIE.
