Putin Discloses His Pick for the Next U.S. President

Russian President Vladimir has a clear preference about who gets elected in the upcoming U.S. presidential election, and his choice comes down to the candidate’s predictability.

In a recent interview with Russian state television, Putin was asked if wanted former President Donald Trump, or President Joe Biden to be re-elected.

According to Reuters, he answered “without hesitation,” that he would like to see Biden get a second term in office.

Putin says he’d rather have Biden as President than Trump. “He’s more experienced, he’s predictable, he’s an old-school politician.”

“He is a more experienced, predictable person, a politician of the old school,” Putin remarked.

Though he did note that Russia is ready to cooperate whoever is elected, stating, “But we will work with any U.S. president who the American people have confidence in.”

Despite the recent firestorm of criticism directed about Biden’s age and mental agility, Putin defended the U.S. President, referencing personal experiences from a 2021 meeting between the two leaders.

“When I met with Biden in Switzerland – true, that was several years, three years ago – people were already saying he wasn’t up to it. I didn’t see anything of the kind,” he commented.

“Yes, he looked at his notes, and to be honest, I looked at mine. No big deal,” Putin added.

The Russian president also downplayed Biden hitting his head on while exiting the Marine One helicopter in June of last year, just hours after he fell at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s graduation ceremony while on stage.

“So he banged his head on the helicopter when he was getting out of it — who of us hasn’t banged their head on something?” He questioned.

Russia’s Space Nuke Revealed

Amid the political conversation, significant attention was drawn to reports concerning the development of a Russian nuclear weapon, conceptualized for space deployment.

According to U.S. intelligence, this weapon aims to disable Western satellite networks, potentially affecting communications and military targeting systems.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) has expressed urgency regarding this foreign military capacity.

Turner has advocated for the declassification of pertinent intelligence to allow for a comprehensive response from Congress, the Administration, and allied nations.

ABC News reported that the weapon, which is still in the developmental phase and not yet deployed in space, is intended for satellite disruption rather than terrestrial targets.

As members of Congress are briefed on the intelligence, assurances have been made that appropriate responses are being formulated.

“We are going to work together to address this matter, as we do all sensitive matters that are classified,” House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) stated. “But we just want to assure everyone steady hands are at the wheel.”
