FBI Corrects Historic Wrong and Delivers Trump Justice

1 min read

In a major win for President Donald Trump, the FBI has begun returning property unlawfully seized during the highly controversial 2022 raid of Mar-a-Lago.

The White House confirmed the news on Friday.

The move marks a significant reversal of the Biden administration’s politically motivated attacks against Trump and signals the end of a case that was widely criticized as a weaponization of the Justice Department against a political opponent.

“The FBI is giving the President his property back that was taken during the unlawful and illegal raids. We are taking possession of the boxes today and loading them onto Air Force One,” White House communications director Steven Cheung said in a statement.

Cheung noted that some of the boxes had already been loaded onto Trump’s plane before his flight back to Florida on Friday.

A Victory for Truth and Justice

Trump’s legal advisor, Alina Habba, celebrated the long-overdue return of the documents and personally assisted in loading the infamous boxes onto Air Force One.

“Justice has been and will continue to be restored in this country under President Trump. TRUTH AND JUSTICE ALWAYS WIN IN THE END. God Bless America,” Habba posted on X.

The raid on Mar-a-Lago, carried out in August 2022, was widely condemned by conservatives as an egregious abuse of power.

Under the guise of investigating Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents, the FBI seized 33 boxes of records, many of which Trump had already been in discussions with the National Archives and the Department of Justice (DOJ) about returning.

Despite Trump’s cooperation, then-Attorney General Merrick Garland authorized the raid, escalating what should have been a routine records dispute into a full-scale political hit job.

The investigation, spearheaded by Special Counsel Jack Smith, ultimately collapsed when U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the case in July 2024, ruling that Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional.

“The Special Counsel’s position effectively usurps that important legislative authority, transferring it to a Head of Department, and in the process threatening the structural liberty inherent in the separation of powers,” Cannon wrote in her 93-page ruling.

Trump, who has long maintained that the raid was nothing more than a desperate attempt to derail his political future, announced that some of the returned documents would be preserved in his presidential library.

“They [boxes] are being brought down to Florida and will someday be part of the Trump Presidential Library. Justice finally won out. I did absolutely nothing wrong. This was merely an attack on a political opponent that, obviously, did not work well,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

The decision to return the documents further proves what conservatives have argued all along: the Mar-a-Lago raid was never about national security but about preventing Trump from returning to the White House.

    • Why not use the double negatives? I would add nasty, vindictive, horrendous, and more. All proving it would not take much to turn this great country into a banana republic. The proof is that this crap even happened to a political apponent by the party that calls itself Democrats!

Please continue the dismantling of the bureacracies as the hidden unappointed dimwit nitwits caused a lot of the damage. Make them work, justify their jobs, and audit them for every nickel. Charge cards for the deep state? Absolutely NOT! Go Musk!!!

And as the jobs they all have done to date are from home, how much work did we pay for while the office spaces that cost a fortune went empty? Collapse, combine, simplify! And regular job performance reviews by the efficiency agency under Musk. And everyone comes in to work. And no more covid hypes to have any opportunities for interference with elections or job!

That will do for starters! Go Trump!!!
