Officials Confirm Fraudulent Ballots Will Count in Colorado

The Secretary of State office said it has so far identified at least a dozen ballots that were stolen, fraudulently completed, and submitted during early voting.

The fraud was detected during the signature verification process, where election officials cross-check signatures on submitted ballots with those on file for registered voters.

The Secretary of State’s office claims nearly all fraudulent ballots were intercepted and removed before they could be counted, though three ballots, having passed signature verification, were mistakenly processed before they could be pulled from the count.

Officials have confirmed that these three illegitimate votes cannot be remedied or removed, an unsettling consequence for voters who depend on the security of their elections.

While Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a Democrat, attempted to downplay the impact of the security breach, stating that “Colorado’s elections are safe and secure” and that “the attempt at fraud was identified and investigated quickly,” critics argue that her reassurances offer cold comfort to voters who increasingly worry about the security and integrity of the state’s election system.

Griswold emphasized Colorado’s reliance on measures like signature verification, ballot tracking, and curing processes to maintain election integrity.

However, these same systems allowed several fraudulent ballots to be processed, casting doubt on how effective they are at preventing abuse in real-time.

This revelation comes against the backdrop of a Colorado mail-in voting system that has long been held up as a model, especially during the 2020 pandemic, as other states looked to follow Colorado’s lead in mailing ballots to all registered voters.

Colorado’s universal mail-in voting model is lauded by some for increasing accessibility, but critics argue that it is exactly this mail-in system that has increased the risks of fraudulent activity by expanding access beyond the controlled setting of traditional polling places.

In Mesa County, the site of this recent fraud incident, law enforcement and election officials have initiated a formal investigation into how these ballots were stolen and fraudulently cast.

According to the Secretary of State’s office, all of the compromised ballots had been submitted via the U.S. Postal Service, rather than through the more secure option of official drop boxes.

It remains unclear which candidates benefited from the fraudulent votes, as state election officials have not provided additional information.

The Mesa County District Attorney is reportedly conducting an investigation but has not yet commented publicly on the case.

  1. The fraud begins at the “voter registration” point. Every state that has “motor voter” MUST abolish the process. Motor voter has been the largest election scam perpetrated by the liberals / communists in America. If an immigrant needs to drive for work purposes their drivers license MUST be marked as such; NOT VALID FOR ELECTION VOTING PURPOSES.
Voter registration SHOULD NOT be automatic since citizenship is not part of drivers license vetting. What would fix this problem is state and federal laws with huge fines for every non-citizen that is registered. The fines need to be levied upon the clerks and state staff that performed the approval in the first place.

    • I agree. Our voting system has become the most INSECURE system ever. I’m sure some has been occurring for years. However, it has become rampant since Covid-19 was released on us by Biden’s friend China. Mail-in voting should be at a minimum; only used by overseas veterans and shut-ins. The system we are now under is so open for fraud it is scary.
